Mold making and plastic injection molding
We build Single to Multi-cavity molds that meet your specifications. Our moldmaking equipement exists of the best machines on the market such as Deckel Maho and Charmilles Technologies.
Experienced design engineers can get involved early in the development of your parts to meet the most demanding requirements. Software we use are industry standards such as Pro Engineer and UG. Conversions software is available for various other platforms.
Process
We go through many stages upon receiving your product drawing:
Firstly a DFMEA or Design for Manufacturability and MoldFlow Analysis is done.
Secondly a mold concept design is made taking into account your general specifications. Both stages will solve any problems that parts may have resulting in a optimized part.
Thirdly, full and detail design of the tool is made. All first 3 stages are done in close coordination and communication between your and our project people. Only when the first 3 stages are completed will we go into steel to manufacture your mold.
After completion and assembly of the mold various test runs are completed and FOT, First of Tool parts are delivered to you with a full inspection and measurement report.
Molding machines
We have a wide variety of molding machines at our disposal to fit a large range of tool sizes. 2K molding, insert molding, thinwall molding, precision molding for parts such as connectors or gears as well as cosmetic parts can all be delivered to your doorstep. Secondary processes can be applied to all parts such as pad printing, silk screen printing, robotic spray painting, ultrasonisch welding and assembly.
